Residential Care Collective was created from a realization that changed everything:
Care providers know how to care — but most were never taught how to run a business.

For 15 years, we watched both sides struggle.
We saw incredible caregivers with huge hearts — people who would give everything to their
residents — drowning in paperwork, licensing, operations, staffing, and systems they were never trained to manage. Their passion was care, not entrepreneurship.
Yet the success of a care home depends on business infrastructure.
At the same time, we saw investors chasing cash flow, eager for opportunity, but unaware of the complexity and responsibility that comes with working in a business centered around people’s lives. Many were trying to apply traditional real estate logic to something far more delicate, far more meaningful.
And in that gap — between compassion and competency, between investing and
caregiving — people were falling through the cracks.
We knew the industry needed a bridge.
So we built one.
